STOP APPLYING JUST TO APPLY.
Every opportunity isn't your opportunity. We consider your experience, transferable skills, career goals, salary expectations, and the roles you're realistically positioned to pursue before building the strategy.
Reeves Career Co. was built for people who are tired of applying blindly, underselling their experience, and trying to figure out their next career move alone.
Reeves Career Co. started with a question: What actually makes an employer call you back?
After spending months applying to job after job and receiving denial after denial, I became determined to find the answer. I knew there had to be more to the employment process than submitting applications and hoping someone noticed.
So I started researching. Resumes. Cover letters. Applicant tracking systems. What recruiters look for. How experience should be positioned. What separates an application that gets overlooked from one that earns an interview.
Eventually, I stopped guessing and started applying what I had learned strategically. The difference was undeniable. Interviews started coming in left and right.
That experience became the foundation of Reeves Career Co. I realized that so many people weren't struggling because they lacked experience or potential. They simply hadn't been taught how to strategically move through the employment process.
RCC was created to change that.
“We don't just help people look for jobs. We help them understand how to position themselves for better opportunities.”
A successful job search takes more than a polished resume and a list of open positions. We look at the full picture: where you're going, how you're positioned, and whether the opportunities you're pursuing actually make sense for you.
Every opportunity isn't your opportunity. We consider your experience, transferable skills, career goals, salary expectations, and the roles you're realistically positioned to pursue before building the strategy.
Your resume shouldn't simply tell employers what you were responsible for. We uncover the achievements, metrics, systems, skills, and results that show what you can actually bring to their organization.
From the roles you target to the way your experience is presented, every decision should have a purpose. We use research, alignment, and career strategy instead of throwing applications at the wall and hoping something sticks.
We want your next move to move you forward. That could mean better pay, stronger career alignment, remote flexibility, professional growth, or finally breaking into the type of work you've been trying to reach.
I'm TaNashia, the founder of Reeves Career Co. I built RCC from my own experience of trying to understand a job market that rarely explains its rules.
That's why my approach to career support is straightforward. I'm not going to tell you a position aligns with your experience when it doesn't. I'm not going to recommend applying to hundreds of jobs just to say you're applying. And I'm not interested in helping you make a career move that leaves you in the exact same position six months later.
I believe your experience should be positioned strategically, your job search should have direction, and your next opportunity should make sense for the life you're trying to build.
The goal isn't just to get you hired. The goal is to help you make a better career move.
